With over two decades of experience in Accounting and Business, Cameo has built a commendable reputation amongst her clients and peers alike for her specialist knowledge and understanding of Australian taxation, compliance and entity structuring. She has worked extensively with small to medium business owners throughout Southeast Queensland and holds diverse industry experience, working across manufacturing, building and construction, professional services, retail, digital enterprises, and agriculture.
While Cameo started her career in managerial roles within Public Practice Accounting, her keen eye for technology and innovation is what led her to become the founder and Director of her own Accounting and Business Advisory firm, Lemonade Beach.
Lemonade Beach provides traditional Public Practice Accounting services, while also focusing on utilising the latest technologies and emergent best practice innovations to deliver a stellar experience to clients. Assisting business owners to identify and realise their goals whilst simultaneously building efficient business practices and acumen is what sets Lemonade Beach apart from traditional accounting firms. This point of difference is achieved through services such as system design and implementation, strategy development, identifying and financing new opportunities and on-going problem solving.
Cameo is a serving panel member for Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand QLD Public Practice Panel and is involved in the MBA Alumni Committee at Bond University. She holds an executive MBA from Bond University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland. She is a member of CAANZ and a registered tax agent.

We welcomed Ami to the team in August 2024 as our Senior Accountant. With two decades of Accounting experience, Ami brings a wealth of knowledge to our team and we know our clients will love her cheerful personality as much as we do. Ami’s well-rounded experience has seen her work in public practice and commercial roles. Her passion is helping people achieve their business and financial goals.
Ami lives nearby in Northern NSW with her three year old daughter. They enjoy spending their weekends exploring nature in the surrounding area.
Since joining the team as our Junior Accountant in 2023, Bec has shown a strong commitment to her personal and professional growth, studying a Diploma of Accounting part time and taking every opportunity to stretch her knowledge. Due to this growth, along with her exceptional work ethic, in 2024 Bec has since moved into the role of Accountant.
Bec began her career in Bookkeeping 5 years ago, whilst completing a cert 4 in Accounting and Bookkeeping (including Payroll). Her background in Bookkeeping explains her strong knowledge of the Xero system, and her strength in consolidating large amounts of data.
Day to day, Bec enjoys assisting clients with their BAS, processing client tax returns, and being our “go-to” person for any quick queries from clients.
She loves working in Xero and using her meticulous attention to detail skills to triple-check client accounts, ensuring everything is in order, including the overall final tax balance.
In her spare time, Bec can be found keeping active, whether it’s at the gym or taking her dog for a walk. She loves travelling and being outdoors – especially at the beach!
Shannon joined the team in 2021 to help with all things marketing and communications. With over 15 years’ experience in both general and digital marketing, Shannon has worked with notable employers both in Australia and internationally.
During her time at Lemonade Beach, Shannon’s shown that she’s an enthusiastic problem solver and enjoys thinking outside the box. As both a creative and strategic thinker, Shannon assists our team with developing and managing our marketing strategy and budget, while also delivering creative outcomes such as managing our brand identity. She’s the one behind our website and SEO, bi-monthly edm and social media presence, our community engagement and sponsorship activities, as well as all online and offline advertising.
Shannon has three active primary school aged children who keep her on her toes. She loves spending her spare time at the beach, whether it’s for an action packed Nippers session with the kids, or dabbling in some nature inspired photography.
