Getting started with our tax return service is a breeze! Once you’ve made the decision to proceed with our services, you’ll be welcomed aboard as a new client. Our onboarding process will begin with a secure link that will allow you to enter your personal details, verify your ID, and sign our Engagement Agreement. After that, you’ll be guided through our 5 Step Tax Return Process, which is outlined below.
Step 1: Gather Information
You will receive a tax checklist from us to complete. This will prompt you for income and deductions to include in your return. Once you have everything you simply submit the completed checklist.
Step 2: Prepare
Our accounting team will get to work preparing your return. If we have any questions or require further information we will let you know.
Typical timeframes are 2 – 3 weeks.
Step 3: Finalise
Once we have finalised your return it will be sent to you for electronic signature.
We will also send our fee for payment at this time.
Step 4: Sign and Pay
Approve the tax return by electronically signing it.
Pay our preparation fee.
Step 5: Lodge
Once we have received your signed return and our fee has been paid in full, your return will be lodged with the ATO.
Any refund will be paid by the ATO directly to you.
