She has worked extensively with small to medium business owners across Australia, gaining deep industry experience in e-commerce, creative industries, manufacturing, building and construction, professional services, health & wellness, retail, digital enterprises, and agriculture.
Cameo progressed in her career to managerial roles within Public Practice Accounting, but her passion for technology and innovation led her to establish Lemonade Beach – a firm that blends traditional accounting with cutting-edge technology and strategic advisory services.

Cameo is an active leader in the accounting industry, serving as a panel member for Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand’s QLD Public Practice Panel. She holds an Executive MBA from Bond University, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland, and is a CAANZ fellow as well as a registered tax agent.
In her spare time, Cameo loves baking, giving back to the community through volunteering, and making the most of the Gold Coast’s beautiful beaches and vibrant local businesses.

Supporting our Head of Accounting, Cameo, we are lucky to have an additional Accountant, along with our own dedicated Marketing resource.
Since joining the Lemonade Beach team as a Junior Accountant in 2023, Bec has demonstrated a strong commitment to both her personal and professional growth. She has recently completed her Diploma of Accounting, while gaining hands-on experience in the office, taking every opportunity to expand her knowledge. Thanks to her dedication and exceptional work ethic, Bec transitioned into the role of Accountant in 2024.
Bec began her career in bookkeeping five years ago, earning a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping (including Payroll). Her strong background in bookkeeping has given her extensive expertise in Xero, and she excels at consolidating large amounts of financial data with precision.

Chryssa joined the Lemonade Beach team while completing her Commerce degree at Bond University, majoring in finance and accounting. She brings with her enthusiasm, curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn. As a university student, she works part-time around her studies, supporting both Cameo and Bec across a range of administrative and accounting tasks.
Passionate about building a future in the accounting industry, Chryssa enjoys gaining hands-on experience within a boutique firm environment and learning directly from the team. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to grow make her a valued part of the Lemonade Beach team.

Chryssa assists with a variety of day-to-day tasks that help keep the office running smoothly, including:

✔ Client administration support – Supporting the team with general accounting tasks, collating client records and data entry.
✔ Internal team support – Helping Cameo and Bec with workflow coordination and office administration.
✔ Learning and development – Expanding her practical accounting knowledge while completing her university studies.
Beyond the Office
Outside of work and study, Chryssa enjoys playing volleyball and reading, travelling to new places, making the most of the Gold Coast lifestyle, and balancing university life while gaining new professional experiences.Â
