Here at Lemonade Beach we’re a small, close-knit team of professionals who value and respect each other’s views and expertise.
We are fortunate to be led by an approachable Director, Cameo Ashe, who is highly regarded within the industry (amongst peers and clients) for her wealth of knowledge, keen eye for innovation, and high standards when it comes to servicing clients. Cameo sees each team member as an asset, and as such provides mentorship and professional development opportunities, should that be of interest.
While our open plan work-space lends itself nicely to cohesive work, each employee is provided with the tools and support to work autonomously as well.
As you may have noticed while perusing our site, we’re a modern Accounting firm that is much more impressed by your individuality and skill, rather than suits and corporate jargon. So, when you come to work at Lemonade Beach, we encourage you to wear what you’re comfortable in.

When it comes to location, we think we have this one in the bag! The Lemonade Beach office is conveniently located in the heart of Coolangatta, with the Strand shopping centre and Coolangatta beach just a stone’s throw away. Whether you enjoy a bit of shopping on your lunch break, or a stroll along the beach – we’ve got you covered!
For those who enjoy a bit more strenuous exercise before work, you’ll be pleased to know our office also features its own shower and bathroom facilities.
While we are surrounded by several cafes and restaurants, we also have our own fully equipped kitchenette for your use.
Ample parking is available behind our building on Chalk Street, Coolangatta.
